1 · Transaction vs settlement reconciliation

Successful transactions matched against gateway settlement reports. "Unsettled" = collected but not yet in a settlement report (month-end timing or genuine gap).

2 · Bank vs settlement reconciliation

Taxable (ex-GST) collections of ₹249+ plans spread daily over the 91-day service period; amounts below ₹249 recognize in full on collection. Deferred balance carries forward and is released in later months.

4 · Commission verification

Commission = transaction amount − settlement amount, validated against gateway-reported fees (incl. GST on fees).

Gross successful revenue by place of supply × gateway (Apr–Jun). "Unmapped" = transactions with no state in the GST location files.
